Elevation survey at footing corners to quantify settlement. Soil boring or probe to understand what we're piering through.

Pier count, spacing, and depth calculated from load and soil. PE signs the plan before we mobilize.

Hydraulic drive to load-bearing strata, each pier recorded to capacity. Brackets bolted to footing.

01Helical vs push piers — which do I need?+
Helical piers work best in shallow installs and sandy south-shore soils; push piers handle deeper bedrock and north-shore clay. We pick based on soil boring, not inventory.
02Does my house get disturbed?+
Interior livable. We work from the exterior with a 3-foot-wide excavation per pier. Yard restoration included. Most 6-pier jobs finish in 2 days.
